AI Usage & Disclaimer Policy (GEO Writer)

This AI Usage & Disclaimer Policy (the "Policy") explains how Manifest Cowboys LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses artificial intelligence and related technologies in GEO Writer (the "Service") and sets important disclaimers and user responsibilities regarding AI-generated content.

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to all use of AI-enabled features in the Service, including:

generating text content (e.g., GEO/SEO-oriented articles),
generating images (e.g., article header images),
creating structured content sets (e.g., article sets), and
drafting automation/publishing materials associated with integrations.

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Service.

2) Key Definitions

"Inputs": information, prompts, keywords, instructions, files, CTA images/links, or other materials you provide to the Service.
"Outputs": content generated by the Service based on Inputs, including text, images, metadata, and structured content.
"AI Services": third-party models, APIs, or providers used to generate or transform content for the Service.

3) How GEO Writer Uses AI

The Service uses AI Services to generate Outputs, which may include:

Text generation (e.g., drafting articles and sections based on your keyword/topic and configuration), and
Image generation (e.g., producing an article header image based on the article's content or summary).

To operate the Service, certain Inputs (and in some cases intermediate data derived from Inputs) may be transmitted to AI Services for processing and returned to us as Outputs. AI Services may be provided directly by third-party model providers and/or via API aggregation layers.

Important: AI Services are third-party services. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

4) No Training and No Marketing Use of Your Content

No training by us: We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train our own models.
No marketing use: We do not use your Outputs for marketing or promotional purposes, even in anonymized form.

Third-party AI Services may process your content to provide results. Their handling of submitted content may be governed by their own terms and policies.

5) AI Output Limitations and Risks

You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated Outputs have limitations and may:

contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or fabricated statements;
be outdated, incomplete, misleading, or not context-appropriate;
reflect biases present in training data or model behavior;
misinterpret Inputs or produce unintended content;
produce content that resembles existing materials or may implicate third-party rights; and/or
fail to meet your requirements for accuracy, compliance, tone, originality, or performance.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating Outputs before use, publication, or reliance.

6) No Professional Advice

The Service and Outputs are provided for informational and content-generation purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, including but not limited to:

legal advice,
medical advice,
financial, tax, or accounting advice,
investment advice, or
regulatory/compliance advice.

You must consult qualified professionals as needed.

7) No Reliance; Independent Verification Required

You agree that you will not rely on Outputs as factual, complete, or suitable without independent verification.

Before publishing or using Outputs, you must:

fact-check and verify claims, statistics, citations, and representations;
confirm compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
confirm compliance with platform policies (e.g., publishing platforms, ad platforms, marketplaces);
add any necessary disclosures and disclaimers; and
make edits through the Service's editing interface (or elsewhere) as necessary.

This is especially important for regulated or sensitive topics (including health, finance, legal topics, safety, and claims that may require substantiation).

8) User Responsibility for Compliance, Disclosures, and Publishing

You are solely responsible for:

your Inputs and how you use Outputs;
determining whether Outputs are appropriate for your intended purpose;
ensuring Outputs do not violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
ensuring Outputs do not infringe intellectual property rights or mislead consumers; and
ensuring any required disclosures, disclaimers, notices, or permissions are obtained and displayed.

AI disclosure: We do not require or recommend any specific "AI-generated" disclosure by default. However, you are responsible for any disclosure obligations that may apply to you under law, regulation, contracts, or platform rules.

9) Prohibited Inputs: Personal Data, Sensitive Data, and Minors

GEO Writer is intended for business/brand content generation and is not designed for processing personal data about real individuals.

You must not submit, upload, generate, store, publish, or distribute through the Service any:

personal data about real individuals,
sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial account info, government IDs), or
data relating to minors.

If you violate this rule, you assume all responsibility and liability for the submission and any resulting harms or legal obligations.

10) Intellectual Property and Rights to Use Content

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to:

provide your Inputs (including any uploaded CTA images/links),
authorize the Service to process Inputs and generate Outputs, and
publish or otherwise use Outputs.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights/licenses for any third-party materials, brand/trademark usage, or other content incorporated into your Inputs or used in your publication workflow.

11) Content Controls, Enforcement, and Removals

We may implement controls to prevent or restrict prohibited uses and content. We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts immediately (without notice) for:

violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy,
suspected fraud or abuse (including trial abuse),
legal/compliance risk, or
requirements to comply with law or third-party requests.

We may remove or restrict access to content in our discretion, consistent with our Terms.

12) Beta and Experimental Features

Some AI features may be designated as beta, experimental, or preview features. These features may:

change frequently,
be unreliable or produce unexpected Outputs,
have limited availability or be discontinued, and
be subject to additional restrictions or usage limits.

Beta/experimental features are provided as-is and as-available.

13) Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, ORIGINAL, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL ACHIEVE ANY GEO/SEO OR BUSINESS RESULT.

14) Limitation of Liability

Our limitation of liability is set forth in the Terms of Service and applies to AI features and Outputs. Without limiting those terms, you agree that you bear the risk of using and publishing Outputs.

15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice for material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
